The preparation
Fresh topsoil, levelled and raked, is ready to sow. Weeds, an old lawn, clay or uneven ground need preparing first, and that’s its own line on the quote.
The site
Access for the hose, the distance from the truck, slopes and banks, and a tap on site all shape the job.
Small lawns
Small areas are welcome, including lawns under 100 m². A minimum charge applies, so send the size and we’ll give you the figure.
Big areas
School grounds, new-build sections and commercial sites are quoted on the area, the staging and the date you need.

Is there one price per square metre?
Every lawn is priced on its own: the area, the seed mix, the preparation and the site. Small jobs have a minimum charge, and every quote is fixed and itemised.
Can you hydroseed a small lawn?
Yes. Small lawns are welcome, including areas under 100 m², with a minimum charge. Send the rough size and your suburb and we’ll quote it.
Do you prepare the ground or only spray the seed?
Both. We clear weeds and old lawn, grade the levels and bring in topsoil, then hydroseed. Tell us what’s already done and the quote shows the preparation and the seeding as separate lines.
Do you come and look first?
The consultation is free. For most lawns, photos and the rough size get you a quote; for bigger or trickier sites we look at the ground, the access and the water first.
